Founding Publisher Pilot

We are running a research pilot to find out if agentic direct sales actually works for independent publishers. We are looking for 5-10 publishers to test it with us.

The ask

Help us prove or disprove that this works. AI buyer agents are looking for publisher inventory. We put a seller agent on your properties and see what happens.

In Phase 1, all we need is information about your properties. No technical integration yet. That comes in Phase 2 when we are ready to deploy.

What you get

  • Full disclosure of pilot findings - deal flow, buyer behavior, CPM ranges, what works
  • Priority access when Phase 2 deploys
  • Founding publisher rate locked for 24 months: 75% / 25% split
  • Every deal requires your approval before anything touches your GAM
  • No setup fee, no monthly fee
  • Cancel anytime with 30 days notice

What this does not affect

  • Your existing programmatic revenue (entirely separate)
  • Your own direct sales (this is additive, not exclusive)
  • Your ability to run other seller agents
  • Your control of your GAM (Trafficker access only, you keep admin)
  • Your advertiser relationships (yours always)

Good fit for the pilot

  • Independent publisher, 500K+ monthly pageviews
  • US-primary traffic
  • Content with advertiser demand: healthcare/HCP, finance, sports, B2B, regional
  • You run your own GAM (or partially - network-managed is okay to discuss)
  • You do not currently have a dedicated direct sales team

Participation terms (summary)

Participation is voluntary and cancellable at any time with 30 days written notice. Revenue split is 75% publisher / 25% AdOps Boost Inc on agent-sourced revenue only. Founding publisher rate is fixed for 24 months from your agreement date. Publisher retains all data, GAM access, and advertiser relationships. adops.WTF has Trafficker-level GAM access only when Phase 2 deploys. No exclusive obligation - you may run other direct sales channels simultaneously. Pilot learnings are shared with all founding publishers.
