AI agents are buying ads.
Is your inventory on the list?

Buyer agents are now transacting direct advertising deals without going through exchanges. They use open standards to find publisher inventory. Most independent publishers are invisible to them.

adops.WTF puts a seller agent on your inventory. The agent negotiates. You approve. You keep 75%.

How it works

01

Your inventory gets listed

We create a seller agent for your properties. It describes your inventory to buyer agents in natural language and in the AdCP open standard format.

02

Buyer agents find you

AI buyers searching for inventory discover your agent via adagents.json at your domain and the AgenticAdvertising.org registry.

03

Deals come to you for approval

Every proposed deal surfaces in your approval queue before anything touches your GAM. You approve. The agent traffics it.

04

Revenue, minus 25%

You keep 75% of every agent-sourced deal. No setup fee. No monthly fee. If nothing sells, you owe nothing.

We are running a pilot

We want to prove - or disprove - that agentic direct sales actually works for independent publishers. We're looking for 5-10 publishers to join as founding partners.

This is a research collaboration, not a product sale. You help us test. We share everything we learn with you: deal flow, buyer behavior, CPM ranges, what works, what doesn't.

If deals come through, you get 75%. If nothing happens, you get our findings and lose nothing. Your GAM is yours. Your data is yours. You can stop anytime.

Built on open standards

adops.WTF is built on the Ad Context Protocol (AdCP) and the Prebid Sales Agent open source stack. We are not a walled garden. You can run other seller agents at the same time. You are not locked in.

What is agentic advertising?

Agentic advertising is the emerging practice of AI agents autonomously negotiating and purchasing advertising inventory on behalf of advertisers. Buyer agents evaluate publisher content, audience signals, and pricing in real time. Seller agents represent publisher inventory and handle the negotiation. The Ad Context Protocol (AdCP) is the open standard that makes this machine-to-machine transaction possible.

For independent publishers without a direct sales team, agentic advertising creates a new revenue channel. adops.WTF operates the seller agent infrastructure so publishers can participate without building their own AI stack.
